The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember held its 2025 Annual Work Meeting (RKT) Workshop on February 27, 2025, in the International Room, FISIP, University of Jember. The event was attended by all faculty leaders, department heads, study program heads, laboratory heads, and representatives of lecturers and education staff. This 2025 RKT Workshop aimed to formulate a strategic and innovative annual work plan, as well as evaluate the faculty’s performance over the previous year.

The Dean of FISIP, University of Jember, Suyani Indriastuti, S.Sos., M.Si., Ph.D., in her speech, emphasized the importance of collaboration and synergy between work units within FISIP. She also invited all participants to actively participate in formulating work programs that are relevant to current developments and community needs. “This RKT is an important momentum for us to formulate strategic steps in improving the quality of education, research, and community service,” said Suyani.

The 2025 RKT Workshop was filled with various activities, including the presentation of annual performance reports from each work unit, group discussions to formulate the 2025 work program, and plenary sessions to agree on the formulation results. In addition, there was also a special session to discuss strategic issues such as improving study program accreditation, developing competency-based curricula, and increasing scientific publications.

The results of the 2025 RKT Workshop will serve as a guideline for all work units within FISIP, University of Jember, in implementing the 2025 work program. It is hoped that with a well-planned and directed work plan, FISIP, University of Jember, can continue to improve the quality of education, research, and community service, as well as make a significant contribution to national development.

This 2025 RKT Workshop is a manifestation of FISIP, University of Jember’s commitment to continuously improve and enhance its quality. With a spirit of togetherness and hard work, FISIP, University of Jember, is optimistic about achieving more brilliant achievements in the future.
