In response to letter number 158/SatgasPPKPT-UNEJ/02/2025 dated February 20, 2025, concerning the Request for Representatives, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember has submitted a list of student representatives who will participate in the selection process for members of the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Violence (Satgas PPKPT) at the University of Jember for the 2025-2026 period.
The five selected students are Afrisha Arvella Br Ginting from the International Relations Study Program, Novitasari Puji Astutik from the Social Welfare Study Program, Rayhana Adiba from the Social Welfare Study Program, Erika Putri Infantriani from the Social Welfare Study Program, and Wildan Ramadhani from the Sociology Study Program. These students were chosen based on their potential and strong dedication to the prevention and handling of violence within the campus environment.
The submission of these student representatives demonstrates FISIP University of Jember’s commitment to supporting the University’s Satgas PPKPT program. It is hoped that these five students will successfully pass the selection process and actively contribute to creating a safe and comfortable campus environment for all members of the academic community.
The Satgas PPKPT at the University of Jember plays a crucial role in preventing and handling various forms of violence on campus, including sexual violence, bullying, and discrimination. With student representation from FISIP, it is expected that the Satgas PPKPT will be more effective in carrying out its duties and functions.
It is hoped that the five student representatives from FISIP University of Jember will make positive contributions towards realizing a campus free from violence.
