JEMBER – In a continuous effort to improve service quality and adapt to current developments, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember (UNEJ) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This FGD focused on improving the quality of learning and service in finance and general affairs.
The event, which lasted for three days from January 23rd to 25th, 2025, took place in the International Room of FISIP UNEJ. It was attended by key stakeholders within FISIP, including the Dean, Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Heads of Study Programs/Departments, Head of Administration, and Deputy Coordinator of FISIP UNEJ.
This FGD is a concrete step by FISIP UNEJ to refine the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). By involving various parties, it is hoped that a joint agreement can be reached regarding improvements and adjustments to the SOP, especially in finance and general affairs. This is crucial to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, transparent financial management, and improved services for students, education staff, and lecturers.
Through this FGD, FISIP UNEJ is committed to continuously strive to become a leading faculty and provide the best service for the entire academic community. The results of this FGD are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective and efficient policies and work programs, thereby improving the quality of learning and academic life within FISIP UNEJ.
Thus, FISIP UNEJ further demonstrates its seriousness in realizing its vision and mission as an innovative, relevant, and competitive faculty.
