The University of Jember (UNEJ) has officially opened admissions for its Postgraduate Programs, including the Doctoral Program (Ph.D.) in Administrative Sciences for the 2026/2027 academic year. To address the increasingly complex challenges in governance and the corporate sector, the doctoral program offers two specialized concentrations: Public Administration and Business Administration. Scholarship Opportunities for International Students

Through the UNEJ Scholarship Program, the university offers partial scholarships providing tuition fee waivers for foreign nationals. This scheme is exclusively available to non-Indonesian citizens (who do not hold a KITAS/KITAP) applying for Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) programs.
