The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember held a socialization session for the 2025 Employee Performance Goals (SKP) on Thursday, December 18, 2025. Hosted at the FISIP Auditorium, the event aimed to provide comprehensive guidance on the latest performance administration system, which is now integrated through the ministry’s official application, Kemendiktisaintek.
The session was attended by a broad spectrum of the FISIP UNEJ academic community, including professors, lecturers with additional administrative duties, faculty members, and educational staff. Serving as the keynote speaker, Budhy Santoso, S.Sos., M.Si., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, emphasized the critical need for synchronization between individual targets and the institution’s strategic objectives.
“The implementation of the Kemendiktisaintek application is expected to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in annual performance reporting,” Santoso stated. He further noted that the digital transition ensures every employee’s contribution is recorded systematically and objectively.
Throughout the session, participants received technical guidance on inputting work plans and individual performance indicators. The event featured interactive discussions, particularly regarding the adjustment of activity points for professors and faculty members in managerial roles to align with the latest ministerial standards.
With the conclusion of this socialization, FISIP UNEJ aims for all personnel to complete their 2025 SKP submissions punctually, ensuring the faculty is positioned to achieve its established performance targets optimally.
