In a strategic move to strengthen organizational transparency and accountability, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember (UNEJ) convened a session for the “Finalization and Synchronization of Supporting Data for the 2025 Performance Accountability Report (LAKIN).” The two-day event took place on Friday, December 12, and Monday, December 15, 2025, at the UNEJ Vocational Campus in Jubung.
The forum underscores the faculty’s commitment to improving the quality of its performance reporting. By streamlining supporting data, FISIP UNEJ aims to ensure that its annual reporting remains both transparent and verifiable.
Leadership Oversight and Quality Assurance
The session was attended by the Dean of FISIP UNEJ, alongside the Vice Deans, sub-section coordinators, and administrative staff specializing in data management. The direct involvement of faculty leadership highlights the urgency of the LAKIN as a critical instrument for measuring the achievement of annual performance targets.
A pivotal role was played by the Quality Assurance Cluster (GPM), which conducted a thorough review of the draft report. This internal audit was designed to ensure that the documented data aligns accurately with field evidence before being officially uploaded to the University of Jember’s centralized system.
Data Synchronization and Performance Targets
The primary focus of the meeting at the Jubung Campus was the synchronization of supporting data to align with the targets established in the performance agreement. Through intensive discussions, each work unit re-verified the achievements of their Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
This finalization process is expected to produce a comprehensive and valid report. Ultimately, the 2025 LAKIN is intended to be more than a mere administrative requirement; it serves as a genuine reflection of the faculty’s dedication to providing high-quality educational services.
