Batu, Malang – On August 15-17, 2024, the ESQ Training in Batu, Malang, was successfully held with great enthusiasm and participation from lecturers of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Jember. Attended by more than 50 participants, this event aimed to enhance personal qualities through the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence. Held in a cool and serene environment, this training provided a deep and meaningful experience for all involved.
Facilitated by experienced ESQ trainers, the training emphasized the balance between emotional and spiritual intelligence and their application in everyday life. Participants received comprehensive materials, including how to effectively manage emotions and build a strong character based on spiritual values. The interactive activities presented in this training also successfully raised participants’ awareness of the importance of harmony in life.
One of the most memorable moments in this training was when participants were invited to reflect on the meaning of life and their goals. In an atmosphere of introspection, participants found new insights into deeper and more meaningful values. Many of them felt a significant change in their perspective on life, with a strong urge to live a more meaningful and balanced life.
The training concluded in an atmosphere of togetherness and gratitude. Participants returned home with renewed enthusiasm and a determination to apply the knowledge and values they had gained during the training.
