JEMBER (Nov. 1, 2025) – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) held an intensive competency-based training program today titled “Refreshment Training for Human Capital Staff.” Organized for all education personnel (tendik) within the faculty, the initiative aims to modernize human resource management skills to meet current industry standards.
In collaboration with PT. Garda Merah Putih Pelatihan Dan Konsultan MSDM, the training was conducted in a hybrid format. While participants gathered on-site at the FISIP campus, expert speakers delivered the curriculum via digital platforms, leveraging technology to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Specialized Curriculum for Professional Standards
The program featured a structured curriculum focused on key modules essential for Human Capital certification. Participants engaged in comprehensive sessions covering:
- Job Description Development: Mastering the art of defining roles and responsibilities.
- Social Security Administration: Navigating the complexities of employee benefits and legal protections.
- Payroll Administration: An emphasized module designed to ensure precision in compensation and benefits management.
The curriculum was designed for immediate application, allowing staff to integrate these professional practices directly into the faculty’s administrative workflows and unit-level HR management.
Paving the Way for National Certification
Beyond skill enhancement, the primary objective of this training is to prepare personnel for the Professional Competency Certification Exam. This formal recognition will serve as a benchmark for professionalism and expertise within the faculty.
“This certification is not merely a credential; it is a vital instrument for career development and a commitment to improving the quality of administrative services within FISIP,” the organizers noted. By securing formal accreditation, the faculty ensures its administrative staff remains competitive, credible, and aligned with global human resource benchmarks.
