Entrepreneurship Student Activity Unit (UKM) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember (UNEJ) held a “Management Harmonization” event for three days, from February 17 to 20, 2025. This activity aimed to strengthen synergy and collaboration among management members, as well as enhance organizational capacity in carrying out entrepreneurship programs.
The “Management Harmonization” event series began with the Handover Ceremony (Sertijab) on February 17, 2025. This event marked an important moment in the leadership transition of the FISIP UNEJ Entrepreneurship UKM, where the old management handed over the reins to the new management. During the event, the old management’s accountability report was read, and the new management’s work programs were introduced.
Furthermore, on February 18-19, 2025, a Work Meeting (Raker) was held, attended by all management members. This Raker served as a platform to formulate the annual work programs of the FISIP UNEJ Entrepreneurship UKM and to discuss organizational development strategies. In this Raker, each division within the management presented their respective work programs and engaged in discussions to reach mutual agreement.
The “Management Harmonization” event concluded with a Management Upgrading event on February 20, 2025. This event aimed to enhance the capacity and skills of management members in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Various training and workshop sessions were held, covering topics such as leadership, organizational management, and entrepreneurship development.
The Vice Dean III of FISIP UNEJ stated that the “Management Harmonization” activity is crucial to strengthen solidarity and synergy among management members. He hoped that this activity would serve as a provision for the new management in carrying out innovative and beneficial entrepreneurship programs for members and the community.
