The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Universitas Jember (UNEJ) and Universitas Nusa Cendana (UNDANA) have officially established a collaboration in the field of postgraduate education, specifically in the Master’s and Doctoral programs of Public Administration. This collaboration is marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding by both parties.

It is expected that this collaboration will enhance the quality of postgraduate education at both universities. Some forms of collaboration that will be carried out include the exchange of lecturers, students, and research, as well as the joint development of curricula. In addition, both parties will also hold joint academic activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.

The Dean of FISIP UNEJ, Suyani Indriastuti, S.Sos., M.Si., Ph.D., welcomed this collaboration. According to her, this collaboration is a strategic step to improve the quality of postgraduate graduates. “With this collaboration, our students will have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field of public administration from UNDANA. In addition, we can also share knowledge and experience with our colleagues at UNDANA,” she said.

In line with the Dean of FISIP UNEJ, the Dean of FISIP UNDANA, Dr. Drs. William Djani, M.Si, also expressed his hope that this collaboration can provide maximum benefits for both universities. “We believe that this collaboration will enrich the insights and knowledge of both lecturers and students. In addition, this collaboration can also enhance the reputation of both universities at the national and international levels,” he said.

With the establishment of this collaboration, it is hoped that a positive synergy can be created between FISIP UNEJ and UNDANA in the development of science and the improvement of human resources in Indonesia.
