The Department of International Relations Student Association (HIMAHI) of Universitas Jember (UNEJ) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the FISIP UNEJ Auditorium. The event, attended by all HIMAHI members, served as a crucial platform to evaluate the organization’s performance over the past year and formulate more innovative work programs for the coming year.

During the AGM, various activity and financial reports were presented transparently. HIMAHI members were also given the opportunity to voice their aspirations and provide feedback on the implemented programs. The warm and constructive discussions throughout the event demonstrated the spirit of democracy and active participation among all members.

One of the key highlights of the AGM was the evaluation of the implemented programs. HIMAHI has achieved several commendable accomplishments, including improving the quality of student research, organizing various socialization activities, and strengthening collaborations with various parties. However, there were also some challenges that needed to be addressed to enhance the organization’s performance in the future.

In response to the evaluation results, HIMAHI formulated a number of new work programs that are more relevant to student needs and the developments of international issues. These programs are expected to enhance students’ capacity to analyze global issues, develop networks, and actively contribute to community development.

The HIMAHI Chairperson stated that the AGM marked a significant milestone for HIMAHI to continue growing and becoming a more professional and impactful student organization. ‘We are committed to carrying out the agreed-upon work programs to the best of our ability and making positive contributions to our alma mater and society,’ they said.
