The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember reaffirmed its commitment to managerial excellence and institutional discipline during a morning assembly held on Monday, April 6, 2026. Convened at the faculty\u2019s main courtyard, the routine agenda was presided over directly by the Dean of FISIP. The event saw full attendance from the dekanat (executive board), faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives. This assembly served as a crucial juncture for the faculty to conduct internal consolidation in anticipation of major agendas midway through the even semester.<\/p>\n
In his address, the Dean of FISIP emphasized two primary objectives that demand immediate completion: the refinement of academic documents and the technical preparations for the upcoming field accreditation. The core focus is currently directed toward two study programs\u2014Business Administration and Public Administration\u2014which are scheduled for visitation in the near future. The Dean instructed all relevant stakeholders to ensure meticulous data synchronization and high-quality supporting documentation to maintain and elevate the standards of educational quality within FISIP UNEJ.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, it was underscored that this morning assembly is far more than a mere routine ceremony; it represents a concrete manifestation of the Integrity Zone (Zona Integritas) implementation within FISIP UNEJ. By maintaining consistency in time discipline and fostering transparent coordination across all departments, FISIP aims to establish a clean, service-oriented working ecosystem. The synergy among leadership, faculty, administrative staff, and students is expected to form a robust foundation for the successful accreditation of both study programs, ultimately realizing the faculty\u2019s vision of excellence and integrity.<\/p>\n
