JEMBER<\/strong> \u2013 The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Jember (UNEJ), in collaboration with the Banyuwangi Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BPVP)\u2014an institution under the auspices of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower\u2014officially launched a content creator program titled “Project-Based Learning Training.”<\/strong><\/p>\n The intensive program spanned nearly a month, running from November 3 to November 28, 2025. Participants included a dedicated cohort of students and administrative staff from FISIP UNEJ, all of whom demonstrated high enthusiasm for the soft-skill development sessions.<\/p>\n The curriculum was specifically designed to equip participants with fundamental technical skills essential for today\u2019s digital industry. Key modules included:<\/p>\n By employing a Project-Based Learning<\/strong> approach, the program challenged participants to produce tangible works that can be immediately applied to institutional publications and personal professional development.<\/p>\n To ensure rigorous professional standards, the training concluded with a formal competency examination. This assessment was mandatory for all participants to measure the proficiency gained throughout the month-long program.<\/p>\n Participants who successfully pass the examination will be awarded official competency certificates<\/strong>.
