Ph.D (Lecturer at FIA, Brawijaya University), Dr. Umar Sholahudin, M.Sosio (Lecturer at Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya), and Dr. <span class=\"citation-0 citation-end-0\">Suji, S.Sos., M.Si (Lecturer at FISIP UNEJ and event PIC).<source-footnote ng-version=\"0.0.0-PLACEHOLDER\" _nghost-ng-c750975175=\"\"><sup _ngcontent-ng-c750975175=\"\" class=\"superscript\" data-turn-source-index=\"1\"><\/sup><\/source-footnote><\/span> The speakers presented an in-depth analysis of the impact of budget efficiency policies on the quality of education and research in Indonesia, referencing relevant laws and regulations such as Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education and Government Regulation Number 4 of 2022 concerning National Education Standards.<sources-carousel-inline ng-version=\"0.0.0-PLACEHOLDER\" _nghost-ng-c1471499105=\"\"><source-inline-chips _ngcontent-ng-c1471499105=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1709007275=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><source-inline-chip _ngcontent-ng-c1709007275=\"\" _nghost-ng-c2001665659=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><\/source-inline-chip><\/source-inline-chips><\/sources-carousel-inline><\/p>\n<div _ngcontent-ng-c2001665659=\"\" class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><button _ngcontent-ng-c2001665659=\"\" cdkoverlayorigin=\"\" class=\"button\" jslog=\"262206;track:generic_click,impression\"><mat-icon _ngcontent-ng-c2001665659=\"\" role=\"img\" fonticon=\"link\" class=\"mat-icon notranslate symbol gds-icon-s google-symbols mat-ligature-font mat-icon-no-color\" aria-hidden=\"true\" data-mat-icon-type=\"font\" data-mat-icon-name=\"link\"><\/mat-icon><\/button><\/div>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:391\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">This seminar is expected to foster critical thinking and constructive ideas from students, as key stakeholders in academia. According to Dr. Suji, &#8220;Budget efficiency policies must be balanced with an increase in the quality and effectiveness of budget utilization.
