The Sociology Study Program once again held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for the Sociology Study Program Accreditation. The FGD, which was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Jember, Dr. Djoko Poernomo, M.Si., CIQnR., CSBA., on Friday, August 23, 2024, took place in the International Room of the FISIP Universitas Jember. The FGD was attended by all lecturers of the Sociology Study Program.<\/p>\n
On this occasion, Djoko, accompanied by the Vice Dean 2, Drs. Joko Mulyono, M.Si., emphasized the importance of preparing accreditation documents and supporting systems to achieve Excellent accreditation for the Sociology Study Program. This is very important in optimizing all human resource potential and other supporting facilities. Hopefully, the efforts made can run optimally and be able to achieve Excellent accreditation.<\/p>\n
The FGD, which is scheduled to last for two days, not only involves lecturers but also students of the Sociology Study Program. The involvement of students can certainly help in preparing data and information as well as speeding up the completion of the preparation of accreditation documents.<\/p>\n
