Producing capable graduates:

1. Mastering and developing administrative theory and competence based on ethics and morals
2. Diagnosing issues and building concepts and theories as well as creative and innovative solution models, effective, efficient, accountable, transparent
3. Formulate, implement, evaluate public and business policies, conduct research and implement it in the form of community service.
4. Open-minded and proactive in responding to any changes and problems in society

Creating an institution (Master of Administrative Science Program) that is capable:

1. Building networking with educational institutions and non-educational institutions at the national and international levels
2. Competing with higher education institutions at national and international levels.

Target Of Study Program:

1. Making students who graduate from Master of Administrative Science Program have an average IPK of 3.5 with an average length of study of 2 years
2. Within 5 years successfully establish educational cooperation with domestic and foreign educational institutions that produce double degrees.
3. Within 5 years successfully establish educational cooperation with domestic and foreign educational institutions in the form of collaborative research, student exchange, and lecturer exchange.
4. Within 5 years successfully cooperated with various non-education institutions in the provision of scholarships, study assignments, research and development, and the provision of consulting services
5. Within 5 years able to organize international seminars at least once and national seminars at least five times.
